What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we store your name, email address, billing details (country, city, address, optional phone, company and tax number) and your order history. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.

Why we use it

Only to create your account, process and invoice your orders, confirm payments and contact you about an order.

Payments

Card and wallet details are never entered on or stored by this app. Payments are made through third-party services (for example PayPal, Revolut, BaridiMob, PostePay, Alipay) under their own privacy policies. We only record the order, its amount and its payment status.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except as needed to process your payment.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account and order data at any time by emailing us at the contact address below.
