Buy products from independent sellers and follow your order until it arrives.

What you can do

• Browse the store, add products to the cart and place an order.
• Pay the seller in cash to the delivery partner when the parcel arrives, or directly to the seller's BaridiMob / CCP when he offers it.
• Follow every order (accepted, on the way, delivered), chat with the seller or delivery partner, and print your invoices.
• Share your location so the delivery partner can find you.
• Choose the delivery speed that suits you: Express (1 to 2 hours), Standard (6 to 10 hours) or Economy (up to 3 days). The price is shown next to each speed.
• Add a profile photo from My account, My profile.

Avoid these mistakes

• Use an email address that really exists: the verification link is sent there, and without it you cannot order or apply.
• Open the email and click the link before trying to order or apply. Check the spam folder.
• Write the phone number with the country code (+213…, +39…).
• The ID photo must be sharp and show the whole card. A blurred photo may be refused.
• If something does not work, press Ctrl+F5 once, then write to the owner from the Messages button.
