Accounts on MK Digital Lab

Everybody starts with a customer account. Sellers, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, travel agencies, taxi drivers, delivery partners, supervisors and deans are customer accounts that were given an extra role.

Customer account

Buy products from independent sellers and follow your order until it arrives.

How to start: Create an account with your email, phone and ID card, then verify your email.

Seller account

Sell your own products in the store and receive the orders directly.

How to start: Create a customer account, then press Work with us: seller / delivery.

Apply as a seller

Restaurant, pharmacy, doctor, barber, hotel, travel agency or taxi account

Restaurants publish their dishes with prices, offers and preparation time. Doctors, barbers, hotels, travel agencies and taxi drivers receive appointments, room bookings, ticket requests or ride requests on a schedule they control and answer them from their own page.

Delivery partner account

Pick up parcels from sellers close to you, bring them to customers and set your own prices.

How to start: Create a customer account, then press Work with us: seller / delivery.

Apply as a delivery partner

Supervisor account

A supervisor watches the marketplace and brings in new sellers and delivery partners. This account is given only by the store owner.

How to start: The owner appoints you from your customer account.

Dean account

A dean leads a group of supervisors: he approves the sellers and delivery partners they bring in, follows their debts and keeps a share of the fees. This account is given only by the store owner.

How to start: The owner appoints you from your customer account.

Owner (admin) account

The store owner manages the whole marketplace. This account is created by the owner only.

How to start: Not open to the public.
